In your role as Associate Risk Analyst, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Maintaining Risk & Compliance sections on our company website and internal intranet site.
  • Implementing a ISO9001 Quality framework for document control.
  • Ensuring relevant risk & compliance training is updated and completion rates monitored.
  • Revise and modify company policies to minimize risk of legal non-compliance issues.
  • Responsible for monitoring of the Complaints register and resolving any raised complaints in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must gain and understand knowledge of our goals and culture and be pivotal in the implementation of our Risk, Control and Compliance framework whilst also maintaining the unique “Featurespace Feel”.

The Associate Risk Analyst would be part of a small friendly, professional team who have a passion for making a difference whilst also bringing enjoyment to the workplace.

Day to Day

As a company we hire people with a willingness to adapt to a variable role, so along with the key responsibilities below, we ask for ownership of any other duties as required.

  • Support the business with the administration of risk & compliance sections on company website and SharePoint
  • Create, review, update and complete policy and procedural documentation.
  • Support Risk & Control Manager in setting up Compliance programme, including internal and external audit schedule and audit committee.
  • Create an ISO9001 Quality Framework for Document Control
  • Support team in RFP completion process & maintain RFP document.
  • Co-ordinate the maintenance of Risk & Compliance training materials on Internal Learning platform.
  • Ensure relevant mandatory training to employees on compliance & regulatory matters is completed annually and ensure completion is monitored.
  • Monitor completion & compliance of Management Standards Training.
  • Support or assist with compliance reviews or investigations led by the Director of Risk and working with the relevant business area to ensure that appropriate remedial actions are identified and implemented.
  • Maintain and control BCP & Corporate Code of Governance documents.
  • Maintain ownership of Complaints register and ensure any raised complaints are resolved in a timely manner
