We are looking for a Business Change Project Manager to join our PMO team as we provide leadership over complex internal and change projects, to enable our business to deliver cutting-edge machine learning technology to our customers.

This role will not only manage the key strategic projects for our business, but also support efforts to build great Business Change practices and methodologies within this newer area of our business. You will work with stakeholders at all levels of the business both collaboratively and in reporting progress on our strategic objectives.
The PMO team are a collaborative and supportive team of leaders, continually looking for ways to enhance the company and proactively get involved in solving problems. This role will be based in our Cambridge office where you will closely with teams from across the entire business to drive a wide variety of change projects. Occasional travel to other Featurespace office locations may be required in order to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
In your role as Business Change Project Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of Business Change projects across Featurespace. Helping the business achieve its goals by Leading transformation, achieving strong project outcomes through effective Project Governance, and driving team collaboration. Applying Business Change principles to bring everyone at Featurespace on the journey of change to experience the benefits of the project outcomes.
For every project you lead, you will be project managing both the Business Change aspects as well as the function(s) undergoing the transformation (e.g. IT, Engineering, Product, Delivery etc.)
