Commercial Operations Manager

The Opportunity

Featurespace are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our London office as a Commercial Operations Manager.

As a Commercial Operations Manager at Featurespace, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by ensuring that the Commercial Organisation is aligned to create, develop, and close opportunities that provide world-class solutions to our customers to help them in the fight against Financial Crime.

Day to Day

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis/analytics of forecasting and pipeline data to sales leaders to provide view to the business
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Monitor and manage the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organisation
  • Streamlining and improving business practices (including tools, templates and processes) to increase efficiency
  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvements and report automation; assist or drive implementation
  • Provide consistent feedback on Salesforce CRM process and ensure it is properly maintained by field
  • Promote and drive pipeline hygiene consistently through the quarter, identify gaps and work with stakeholders
  • Act as Salesforce superuser to help the Commercial Team, ensuring they understand how to use the system, where the enablement materials are located
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting for Leadership Team on opportunities, territories, lead generation, sales activity and sales performance
  • Coordinate and participate in end of quarter review process for sales team and action tracking
  • Manage the lead generation and allocation process
  • Provide input and help automate marketing processes
  • Understand and articulate to customers, Featurespace’s solutions and value proposition

About you

Must haves

  • Proven track record of maintaining enthusiasm, energy, focus and the ability to execute in a variety of circumstances, within a large team of people
  • Functional knowledge of SFDC data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Experience optimising operational processes in the Sales Development
  • Ability to do deep dive analysis and reporting on data sets to find issues or opportunities for optimisations
  • Experience with producing enablement materials for SDR team
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and organisation skills
  • Previous experience of Lead Generation and Lead Distribution processes; includes understanding of Marketing campaigns and any other Demand Generation initiatives

Great to haves

  • Experience of marketing automation tools
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, and Zoom Info
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media
