Digital Marketing Executive

The Opportunity

As Digital Marketing Executive your mission is to help deliver Featurespace’s digital-first Communications and Marketing Strategy. Working closely with the Global Head of Digital Marketing and the regional marketing leads, you will work to amplify Featurespace’s reach, generating new leads and driving engagement through digital channels.

You’ll support the Global Head of Digital Marketing with delivery of the digital and demand generation marketing strategy, working with regional managers to plan and deliver digital marketing activity to support campaigns, drive new leads, and increase engagement within target markets, ensuring activity is measurable with clear KPIs.

Working with Featurespace’s Digital Marketing Agency and wider Communications and Marketing Team, you’ll own the organic social media calendar, ensuring new content is regularly added, following best practice to build an active and engaged social media community for Featurespace.

Day to Day

  • Plan and deliver digital marketing to support the activity of wider business and communications and marketing team, working with relevant agencies, sales operations team and other stakeholders as required. Including but not limited to:
    • PPC advertising
    • Email
    • Organic social media activity
    • Website updates
  • Own the Organic Social Media Calendar:
    • Work with wider team and agency to source, adapt or create new, engaging content that sets Featurespace apart from the competition
    • Working with in house Graphic Designer, ensure relevant digital assets for campaigns, website and social media are produced in time and to industry best practice standards
    • Proof posts and ensure they are scheduled correctly
    • Manage LinkedIn user groups, working closely with Product Marketing, SMEs and SMT to generate regular updates, drive memberships and create meaningful engagement
  • Support wider Featurespace team with social media use and best practice advice
  • Marketing automation (Salesforce Pardot): working with Global Head of Digital Marketing, design and deliver email communications and campaigns ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • With the Global Head of Digital Marketing, set and report on relevant KPIs for all above activity, making use of insights to optimise activity and digital performance
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for digital growth and improvement

About you

Must haves

  • Proven track record of digital marketing successes, B2B preferred
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and best practice, including website, email, SEO and PPC
  • Strong understanding of setting and reporting on digital KPIs
  • Experience working with website CMS, WordPress preferred
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Pardot preferred
  • Exceptional organisation, communication, and decision-making skills

Great to haves

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with external agencies/stakeholders
  • Relevant marketing qualification(s)
  • Experience working with CRM system to access data and reports, Salesforce preferred
