Featurespace are now looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and innovative Director of Commercial Operations to join our London office, to help build and maintain a world-class sales organisation inside of Featurespace, across quality reporting, both within the team and more widely across the company.
As Director of Commercial Operations, your role will centre around ensuring every stage in the sales cycle is optimised and the sales team are operating in the best possible manner. Your overall success will be measured by the win rate, lead conversion rate, sales team retention, and qualitative feedback from other departments on the quality of reporting. As well an internal focus, you must ensure that the Commercial Organisation is aligned to create, develop, and close opportunities that provide world-class solutions to our customers to help them in the fight against financial crime.
