Global Payroll Lead

The Opportunity

As Global Payroll Lead you’ll head up and be the main point of contact for all related tasks within the payroll cycle. This is a newly created role as Featurespace transitions to the next phase!

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to prioritise, have a full working knowledge of the payroll process and is able to identify and implement improvements with the ability to grow the function as the business grows.

We are hybrid working, with the role to be based in our Cambridge office.

Day to Day

As a fast-growing company we hire people with a willingness to adapt to a variable role, so along with the key responsibilities below, we ask for ownership of any other duties as required.

  • Responsible for the Group Payroll
  • Process monthly payroll liaising with external providers
  • Create and maintain process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the payroll function
  • Year end submissions to relevant authorities
  • Oversee the relationship with external international payroll providers
  • Engaging with the business on all payroll related queries
  • Partner with the HR team and business on payroll related items
  • Maintain monthly pension contributions for starters and leavers
  • Quarterly bonus and commission review
