Head of Delivery, APAC

The Opportunity

In your role as Head of Delivery APAC you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Leading our delivery function into new territories and domains in the APAC region
  • Managing the deliveries of all new business in the APAC region, directly and via partners
  • Matrix line management for Delivery and BAU team in Singapore

This role will be based in our Singapore office.


Day to Day

  • Contributing to RFP’s when required including time estimates for work, helping to write and review statements of work
  • Identifying potential areas of upsell or cross-sell and handing over to appropriate
    Commercial team


  • Accountability for the delivery of implementation efforts within the APAC region including both installs and upgrades delivered by both Featurespace and partners
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and executing the delivery of the customers business case
  • Ensuring that deliveries are well planned and that accurate customer expectations are set initially
  • Ensuring that there is an appropriate degree of testing built into the project and that the product delivered to the customer is of high quality
  • Ensuring that changes proposed or requested by the customer have technically sound and maintainable solutions for the business, whilst still solving the customer’s problem
  • Ensuring each delivery is documented, reproducible and supportable with the technical support team, so they are set up to succeed
  • Accountability for delivering projects within budget and ensuring that any delays have appropriate commercial cover from the customer
  • Ensuring that existing knowledge of best practise is followed and continually improved
  • Responsibility for ensuring for accurate collection of delivery metrics and driving continuous improvement in quality and cycle time
  • Responsibility for assisting, supporting and training local teams with the help from knowledge centres in the other offices
  • Managing relationships with functional leaders in other offices
  • Line management responsibility for members of delivery and other technical team members as required
  • Acting as point of escalation for customers, if there are any issues and being responsible for resolving them swiftly and successfully
  • Acting as an internal point of escalation to co-ordinate and solve problems on client projects
  • Attending regular customer touch points with both the business and technical stakeholders from the client

Product & Engineering

  • Collating and distributing feedback about areas of the product and product functionality that could be improved
  • Commenting on RFC (Requests for comment) about new functionality or product features being developed


  • Running the technical onboarding process
  • Running regular checks to ensure the customer receives a good experience and delivers the desired business case
  • Providing the partner the necessary technical support required to ensure a successful
    delivery on the agreed commercial basis
  • Acting as point of escalation for partners and their clients regarding issues in the delivery of ARIC
