Head of Digital Marketing

The Opportunity

As Head of Digital Marketing, your mission is to help build and protect Featurespace’s international reputation as a leader in machine learning technology, and to position ARIC Risk Hub as the most wanted and respected anti-fraud and financial crime solution globally. You will be joining our international Communications and Marketing team at an exciting moment of high growth for the company as we continue to expand into new markets.

Reporting to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, you will lead all aspects of our digital marketing portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with the wider team to create digital initiatives to support all elements of Featurespace marketing including awareness building, product marketing, regional marketing, corporate communications, all while supporting our commercial goals. 

As a leader, your role will be about seeing what’s ahead, planning for it effectively, and ensuring that teams are well briefed and well supported to execute tasks on time. You’ll do this in large part by working with agency partners and other marketing team members who have specific execution responsibilities in areas such as marketing, digital and social media, content production, and PR.  

To do this, we need you to be an experienced digital operator with functional knowledge of all relevant platforms, tools, and project managements processes. We need you to be a vocal leader who speaks up to challenge ideas and is always looking for better ways to do things.  

Day to Day

Specific responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): 

  •  Build, plan and implement Featurespace’s international digital marketing strategy
  • Manage and oversee the performance of our different marketing channels
  • Lead team efforts (internally and via external agency partners) to develop and run content marketing across the Featurespace website and social media channels
  • Manage agencies tasked with SEO, paid search, paid social
  • Lead the development, growth, and performance of the Featurespace website
  • Lead the Salesforce-Pardot email marketing program to support various teams within the company including the sales team, partner team, comms and marketing team
  • Measure and manage ROI and KPIs – track SEO and Google Analytics and report back
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Build an engaged, committed, and happy team

About you

Must haves

  • Significant hands-on digital marketing experience to include leading agency partners
  • Hands on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Expert knowledge of creating and running email marketing programs
  • Expert knowledge of website content management and design
  • Expert of knowledge of social media platforms and content trends and best practices
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently, think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative, while also working collaboratively as a team player
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, interacting with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders, influencing to drive impact
  • Ability to communicate information effectively and accurately, verbally or in writing across multiple disciplines. Can synthesize large amounts of data and distil key points clearly, succinctly, and quickly
  • Capable of achieving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines – able to develop and manage measurement metrics and tools
  • Strong project management capabilities; able to quickly transition from strategy to implementation, working on both simultaneously as needed
  • Proficient written and verbal communications skills in English; other European languages an advantage

Great to haves

  • Previous agency experience with track record of campaign success
  • Relevant academic qualification at degree or masters level
  • International, multi market experience
