We are now looking for a vibrant HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic and collaborative team at the heart of our global expansion, to be based in our Cambridge office.
You will be joining a small but integral team that values fun, teamwork and personal development above all else, and will be getting involved in varied projects, supporting our HR and recruitment efforts across our offices in the UK, US, Israel, and Singapore. You will ensure our people have everything they need so they can focus on delivering our brilliant product to our customers, as well delivering a first-class onboarding experience to all our new starters!
This is a great opportunity to gain insight into a wide variety of areas within a fast-growing tech company, where you will be working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, with plenty of scope for future progression and development.
You will play a key role in supporting the HR & Recruitment function as we look to attract brilliant new people to the business. You’ll be involved in co-ordinating our new starter onboarding experience from offer to first day, owning our recruitment databases, and ensuring our fantastic new HR information system is engaging, relevant, and aligns with our energetic culture.
You will work with managers across the business to identify their hiring needs, assist in writing job adverts and arranging interviews as well as supporting each stage of our current employee lifecycle to manage any necessary administrative changes.
As the world opens back up, you will be key in identifying exciting opportunities for us to participate in – whether these be culture award entries, job fairs, or potential recruitment sponsorships.Apply for job
You’ll be joining a small close-knit HR and Recruitment team, working closely with everyone in the team on a daily basis, and with the wider Business Operations team regularly.
