Implementation Consultant

The Opportunity

In your role as Implementation Consultant you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Working to reduce the time it takes for our projects to get delivered, including supporting customers with all aspects of their deliverables e.g., resourcing their team, securing hardware, infrastructure prerequisites, preparing data, putting together UAT testing plans, setting up users and permissions
  • Providing best practise and improvement recommendations for internal processes e.g., installation process, kick off and workshop structure
  • Focus on delivering successful projects in the shortest possible timeframe

The role is based in our Atlanta, US office on a hybrid basis, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office 2 – 3 times per week. Occasional travel to customer sites may also be required on an adhoc basis.

Day to Day

  • Support the delivery of successful ARIC implementation projects including helping our customers to prepare for each stage in the deployment lifecycle – from scoping to design, implementation and handover to post-live support. Take ownership of actions and follow through to completion, reporting accurately on project status
  • Help to review and lock down project scope, working through user stories and understanding the customer’s business requirements, providing input into any potential issues or misalignment with the SoW
  • Attend, contribute to and present at delivery workshops, prompting and supporting internal teams to prepare appropriate content
  • Demo the product during delivery, tailoring content and functionality for the audience where required
  • Advise and lead the customer through infrastructure readiness checks. Understand common installation issues and actively work with the customer and internal teams to resolve them efficiently, documenting lessons learned for future projects
  • Advise and lead the customer through configuring the user interface, enabling them to take ownership of any changes they require throughout the project. Own the documentation of any customised functional features
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer for our customers (e.g., how projects are delivered, what they need to prepare, ARIC product features, roadmap, best practices etc.) through workshops and meetings
  • Investigate project issues, analyse root causes, and implement treatments to prevent the same issue reoccurring on the same or other projects across the delivery business
  • Develop industry, product, use cases and feature knowledge, proactively sharing information with team members to enable problem solving and remove project obstacles
  • Action delivery-wide improvements, continually providing feedback and insight to improve processes. Contribute to internal knowledge bases
  • Provide onsite support during projects at customer site particularly for meetings, workshops, and testing phases
