Implementation Consultant - US (Spanish Speaking)

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Spanish speaking Implementation Consultant to join our vibrant growing delivery team, to be based remotely in the US. This role will be involved in the later stages of the sales cycle and delivery activities working alongside Implementation, Data Science, Project Management and Business Analysts.

The role requires a strong balance of both technical and commercial acumen alongside language skills to support the delivery of projects to English and Spanish speaking customers around the world.   You will need to work with key customer stakeholders to understand requirements and prepare the environment, data, processes, etc. to ensure a successful project delivery.

Day to Day

  • Support the delivery of a successful ARIC implementation project including helping our customers to prepare for a successful project.
  • Help to review and lock down project scope, providing input into any potential misalignment.
  • Attend and contribute to delivery workshops, prompting and supporting internal teams to prepare appropriate content.
  • Demo the product during delivery, tailoring content and functionality for the audience where required.
  • Advise and lead the customer through infrastructure readiness checks. Actively work to resolve issues efficiently, documenting lessons learned for future projects.
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer for our customers (e.g., how projects are delivered, what they need to prepare, ARIC product features, roadmap, best practices etc.) through workshops and meetings.
  • Investigate project issues, analyse root causes, and implement treatments to prevent the same issue reoccurring on the same or other projects across the delivery business.
  • Develop industry, product, use cases and feature knowledge, proactively sharing information with team members to enable problem solving and remove project obstacles.
  • Provide onsite support during projects at customer site particularly for meetings, workshops, and testing phases. Approximately 40% of your time will be on site with customers, 60% remotely and occasional travel to the Atlanta, London and Cambridge offices.

About you

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong academic background in a relevant discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working alongside technical teams; or experience working client side either at a bank, payments or insurance company to deliver software platforms.
  • Track record of success in deploying complex systems and large-scale customer systems integration programmes.
  • Strong technical capability as part of software sales delivery e.g. operating systems (Linux), cloud computing (AWS, Azure) data types (CSV, XML, JSON) and database technologies & storage.
  • Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as Implementation Engineers, BA’s, Project Management, SME’s.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer management and diplomacy skills required with internal and external customer stakeholders as well as experience dealing with customers on a technical level.
  • Proven experience working under pressure, including prioritising high and changeable workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
