Internal Recruiter

The Opportunity

Featurespace has experienced exponential growth over the last few years, ranking in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 for the third consecutive year as one of Britain’s fastest-growing technology companies and expanding by 600% over the last four years – and we plan to keep growing! We are now on the lookout for an Internal Recruiter to join our busy team based in our Cambridge office, to help us hire the best talent in the world for our teams in the UK, US, Israel, and Singapore.

You’ll be joining a small team that values fun, close collaboration, and personal development above all else, and who pride themselves on consistently delivering a first- class service to the business and a red-carpet experience to candidates.

What will you get in return? Beyond our competitive salaries and great benefits (think free office takeaways!), you’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit team in a company that truly values its’ culture, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit for a vast variety of interesting roles, teams, and people across different continents, and will be instrumental in furthering Featurespace’s mission to fight fraud and financial crime.

Day to Day

You’ll play a key role in helping shape Featurespace’s future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.

Our teams are growing globally so we’re looking for a recruiter who will drive the entire process from sourcing and screening, managing large numbers of candidates and roles on our database Greenhouse.io, to making job offers and taking references; all whilst working to improve the way we do things.

You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the rest of the Recruitment team: attending daily meetings, running job briefing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc.

Most importantly, you’ll leave candidates feeling great about Featurespace, regardless of the outcome of the interview.
