The Legal department of Featurespace is a core part of the business and is highly interconnected with all other areas. We support internal and external processes from start to finish, and we help our brilliant colleagues provide exceptional solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a kind, professional student in their penultimate year who will support the daily operations of our legal team. You will work with some of the most innovative and exciting AI and financial technology for transactions in the world, and the internship will give you invaluable knowledge to kick-start your legal career.
This internship will run for 10 weeks over summer 2022, with a start date of your choice across June/July/August and will be based in our Atlanta office. You will be paid $6,500 gross for the 10 weeks, and will be eligible for many additional benefits including fridges packed full of edible treats and drinks for lunches and snacks, free weekly takeaways at our Cambridge, London, and Atlanta offices (think pizza, Thai, pasta, Korean BBQ and much more!) and an invite to our amazing summer social!

As a Legal Intern, you will be supporting the daily tasks of the legal team, as well as the rest of the organisation.
In your role, you will be given the independence to carry out your own legal research projects. You will help the legal team with drafting and revising legal documents, and you will understand how we negotiate agreements with our customers. In addition to this, you will also be working on trademarks and patents, and assist in their process.
