Remote, US

Training Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Training Specialist to be based remotely in the US or in our Atlanta, GA office. Whilst the preference would be for someone to be based close to our office in Atlanta to be able to collaborate with the team based there, we are happily considering remote candidates with the right skillset, who are able and open to travelling to customer sites across the Americas.

Developing and delivering training courses, you’ll be key in enabling our customers to understand and use the functionality of ARIC, and in enabling them to be self-reliant and make the best use of ARIC’s capabilities.

Your job title reflects your main specialism within the Tech Comms team, but all members of the team are expected to be aware of the work of the other specialisms and be willing to help out where needed.

Day to Day

Customer training

  • Deliver customer training – via face-to-face classroom training and through remote training sessions or webinars
  • Set up environments for customer training and populate them with simulated data to enable trainees to use a simulation of a real production ARIC environment
  • Help to keep our training materials up to date, design new training materials, and extend and enhance our customer training programme
  • Manage the end-to-end process of scheduling training with a customer, including requirements gathering and documentation, environment setup and creating customer-specific training materials
