About Us

Our Commercial department is made up of smart, tenacious, and talented individuals with a focus on driving incremental revenue for Featurespace. The department is split up into sub-units, all of which work closely with our other teams:

  • Pre-Sales – Manages discussions with prospects on a more detailed technical level, helping to demonstrate that ARIC really can help the prospect’s challenges. They also act as a bridge to our delivery team in Cambridge, and other wider teams across Featurespace.
  • Customer Success – Manage the relationship with existing customers, where their mission is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, whilst expanding new ARIC Use Cases within the existing customer.
  • AML – A dedicated business unit focused on the important and wide-ranging area of Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Bid – They manage RFI’s and RFP’s that come into Featurespace, including qualification, ensuring every request is responded to on time and in an excellent manner.
