Delivery is responsible for delivering Featurespace’s products to our customers. Alongside Commercial, this is a function that typically has a large element of customer-facing interaction, as our teams work with external and internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth design, creation, and implementation of our platform.

It overarches the following areas:

  • Analytics (including Data Science and Risk Strategy Consulting)
  • Implementation
  • Customer Support

Our Technical Operations team falls under the wider umbrella of the Delivery function at Featurespace. Technical Operations covers crucial areas in our delivery cycle and is made up of teams such as:

  • Infrastructure
  • Security
  • Cloud

Access to your Data on Greenhouse is limited to the relevant persons for your application- our internal recruiters, the hiring manager and interviewer(s). Your CV may be printed and shown to consulted decision makers, any physical copies will be securely and confidentially destroyed after a decision has been made on your application. Your CV is transferred to a third country, outside of the EEA, when it is processed by Greenhouse. Greenhouse meet the technical and organisational data security measures outlined in the GDPR Article 32, and are SOC2 Type II certified. We do not envisage that any decision will be taken about your application using automated means.
