Quarterly bonus awards

Generous annual leave allowance
Our U.K. team get 25 days plus bank holidays, whilst the U.S. receives 22 days plus national holidays, and our Singapore office recieves 20 days, plus national holidays.

Learning and Knowledge
As a company we aim to constantly enable and encourage both individual and team learning, as it’s only right our people develop and grow as our company does. Originally created by Cambridge professor Bill Fitzgerald and his PhD student Dave Excell, Featurespace’s Adaptive Behavioral Analytics technology first left Cambridge University’s Engineering department in 2008. Since then, we have grown exponentially, year-on-year.
In January 2019, Featurespace had just celebrated welcoming its 200th team member, and by the end of the year this number had grown to 287, seeing an annual increase of 43.5%. Alongside our people growth we have continued to secure new business globally, diversifying into rapidly expanding domains, and supporting office openings in new and exciting territories.
