You've submitted an application for one of our live roles - that's great news! Our Talent team will get back to you as soon as possible on the outcome of your application. Ideally you will have told us a little bit about yourself, your skills and experience, and why Featurespace is the place for you.

Talent team top tip:
Make sure you show off the skills you have that match the specific role you apply for, and use examples where possible - our hiring managers love to see how your skills apply in real-world situations, both personal and professional.

Part of the process with us will be phone and 'face-to-face' interviews with the hiring lead and members of the relative team. This step is all about getting to know you past your CV, learning more about your experience, your skills, and how you could best fit into the Featurespace team.

Talent team top tip:
Show us your personality! Our interviewers are there to run through your experience and technical ability, but personality is just as important to us. This is your time to shine and to let us know about what you love to do, both at work, and in your spare time.

Technical tasks are an additional stage for many of Featurespace's more technical roles. As part of our process, this may be sent out before or after a phone interview or may be incorporated into the face-to-face interview stage. We will provide you with all the details required for the task and any materials to be submitted through email with a submission link.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. We know tasks can be a little daunting and everyone wants to do their best, so if you have any queries about any part of the test, please don't hesitate to ask someone on our Talent team - we're happy to help.
