Head of Product Marketing

The Opportunity

As our Head of Product Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving market awareness and demand for our innovative solutions, working within a dynamic team and shaping the future of our brand. You will be responsible for helping to position Featurespace’s suite of products as the most wanted and respected anti-fraud and financial crime solutions globally.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Featurespace’s success by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to grow high quality leads.

This is a hybrid role based in our Cambridge or London office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office once or twice a week. If you’re interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us!

Day to Day

  • Implement a high impact product marketing strategy in collaboration with our commercial, product, engineering and delivery teams
  • Plan and lead product marketing campaigns, product launches and content strategies with detailed scheduling, task allocation, resource requirements and budgeting
  • Ensure that our messaging is cohesive and compelling across solutions by working collaboratively with commercial and product teams
  • Support the wider marketing team to deliver an effective, commercially aligned, full funnel strategy with clear systems and processes for tracking awareness, consideration, buy, and advocacy
  • Collaborate with business teams to uncover competitor intelligence, analyst and market insights that inform product marketing campaigns including customer segmentation, product value propositions, targeting personas, messaging, tracking, and reporting
  • Hold regular meetings with the product and sales teams to forecast activity, jump on short term opportunities and unblock challenges to success
  • Write, direct and develop market leading content to support product marketing activity
  • Evangelise to all colleagues – especially customer facing teams – to our product capabilities to create a wider sphere of knowledge and influence across the business
  • Support and advise on optimising Featurespace’s digital engagement strategy
  • Identify and advise on Featurespace’s participation at industry events, conferences and trade shows ensuring maximum ROI and engagement with all relevant audiences

About you

Must haves:

  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of product marketing and how to communicate complex technologies effectively
  • Proven track record holding senior marketing roles and creating impactful campaigns
  • Extensive leadership, communication and decision making
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, content and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to set clear marketing objectives, track ROI and manage budgets

Great to haves:

  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Relevant academic qualification at degree or masters level
  • Established sector network and media, influencer contact list
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce and Pardot and the relationship with commercial teams
